Delivery & Shipping:
All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours to arrive within 7 days for UK customers. International orders vary by country.
Orders within the UK will be shipped by first class special delivery. Postage and packing costs start from £2.75 per order depending on purchase items.
Terms of Trade:
You may return an unused item within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange provided the goods have not been used and are refunded in their original condition. We are unable to refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. With the exception of faulty goods return postage cannot be refunded and refunds will not be made until goods have been received. When returning items please can you ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit. Please can you also note that we are unable to refund or exchange sale items.
